About:

I'm a machine learning engineer and indie founder from Minsk. I studied computer science at BSUIR, got hooked on neural nets in 2020 and have done ML for a living since 2022.

By day I build generative pipelines (text-to-image, image-to-video) at a gamedev company. By night I ship consumer AI products. 423,053 people have used them so far. Most of my code is now written by agents I orchestrate.

Plan: updated 2026-10-20

Building Ariflame: a personal AI agent for every person. It lives in Telegram, remembers your context, edits your reels and does the boring work while you do yours.

2,469 people got an agent in the first eight weeks. 125 of them already pay for it.

The older products run themselves. I step in when they break.

What I believe:

  1. Distribution is the unfair advantage. A good product with no channel loses to an average one with a content machine behind it.
  2. Revenue is truth, views are vanity. I once got 5M views in a month and zero leads. Now I count money and retention.
  3. Ship first. Speed beats polish. A free launch buys feedback, and feedback tells you what people actually need.
  4. Agents should do 99% of the work. If a task repeats, it becomes an agent. I'm aiming for a business that mostly runs itself.
  5. Conviction is the fuel, not discipline. You only finish what you believe in. Lack of focus is cured by clarity.
  6. Build in public and talk to people. Strangers show you niches you'd never see from the editor.

Log:

  1. 2026 —

Ariflame [live · main focus]. A personal AI agent for everyone, as a subscription. Started as a codename "Hermes" with one user on Jul 6; renamed in September. Best skill: editing reels with auto-cuts, kinetic subtitles and zooms. 2,469 people in 8 weeks, 125 paying, 1,124 videos edited. ariflame.com

  2. 2026

3D apartment tours [prototype]. Walk through a flat and swap layouts and finishes before the building exists. For real-estate developers. Demo: northwaterfront-v2.ariflame.com

  3. 2026

Instagram sales agent [paused]. Answers a business's DMs so well you can't tell it from the owner. First client: a paving-tile paint shop.

15 cold DMs gave 0 conversations, 34 emails gave 0 replies. Volume without trust doesn't sell.

  4. 2026

Dvor AI [paused]. AI interior design. The first TikTok got 100k views in a day.

5M views in a month, 0 leads. That's where belief no. 2 came from.

  5. 2026

Surgery Maxing and VIBE Copilot [closed]. See your face after a nose job; screenshot a chat and get the perfect reply.

Killed both on Sep 20 to keep one focus. Seven products in parallel is zero products.

  6. 2026

LifeOps [live]. My second brain: a plain-text vault run by Claude Code agents, fed by 1.39M of my Telegram messages and 6 years of daily logs. It wrote the first draft of this page.

  7. 2026

SpicyClaw [merged]. A multi-model AI assistant that replaced ChatGPT for me and 20 friends on one VM. The idea grew into Ariflame.

  8. 2026

Trend radar, auto-content, creator monitor [internal]. Tools that watch competitor AI apps on TikTok, clone viral formats with AI models and pay creators by their views automatically.

  9. 2025 — 2026

Sense [closed]. A Telegram bot that analyzes your chats.

  10. 2025

Content farm [maintenance]. Six layers, zero humans: GPT writes the script, HTML renders a fake Telegram chat, Playwright screenshots it, FFmpeg cuts the video, an API posts it to TikTok, Reels and Threads. 5.5M views.

It scaled views, not users. A live creator now does the job better.

  11. 2025 —

TwinMe [live]. An AI photo and video app for iOS, built with a friend. Renamed three times in two months before launch. The first paid day, every second or third user bought the trial. Hit the App Store Top-30 in December 2025. 170,637 users in 193 countries, 6,239 paying, about $118k in App Store sales, 178k images and 4.8k videos generated. twinailabs.com

  12. 2024 —

Dolly [live · runs on agents]. An AI photographer in Telegram: train a model on your selfies, get portraits in any style. Created in BotFather at 01:06 under a typo (@dooly_ai_bot), fixed at 04:03. Seed capital: about 1,000 RUB for the GPT API.

249,947 users, 2.3M images and 42k videos generated, 13,514 personal face models, 13,217 paying customers, around $400k in revenue. dollylab.ai

  13. 2024

Wildberries try-on [pivoted]. Virtual try-on for marketplace sellers. Built the demo in one evening; two weeks later it became Dolly.

  14. 2024

WearMe [dead]. My first startup: a fashion marketplace inside Telegram (@unwearme_bot), with a school friend. It started on Jul 6, when I saw a friend's AI bot with 200k users and texted "that was my idea a year ago, let's build something too." Six days later we had a bot.

Got $1.3k in cloud credits and no market. The server went off in October. The name came back a year later.

  15. 2024 —

kremenevskiy .inc [live]. My Telegram channel. Named after a ninth-grade dream of building a big company. t.me/kremenevskiy_vlad

  16. 2023 — 2024

Military service. Six months, mandatory. Five job interviews after, five offers.

  17. 2022 —

ML engineer. Before the first job I took four courses at once: DLS, Stanford cs231n, RS School, Yandex ML. My mentors kept telling me to learn from Karpathy. Hence the layout of this page.

  18. 2020

A C++/Qt messenger with a neural net bolted on. A coursework project that turned into a research paper and a state-funded place at university. Same year I started a daily log. I still write it.

  19. 2019

Zhora the Avocado [dead]. Reselling plush avocados on Instagram before New Year. Three buyers.

First lesson in supply chains. Got cold feet and quit.
